Home in Adelaide for only a few short days, off to Mount Gambier soon.. prepare for more tourist shots πŸ˜…πŸ‘πŸ½βœŒπŸ½β˜ΊοΈβ€οΈπŸš˜ #homeamongstthegumtrees #murrayriver #wasagoodtrip #nansplace
Can I just say, on the record, that Australia has the coolest and weirdest animals in the world! I know that I see kangaroos and koalas a lot but literally every time I stop and spin out. Haha. Like, they literally hop. If I were not Australian and I saw this I would probably laugh my ass off. Sun Country has a huge amount of wildlife, not just kangaroos but koalas, wallabies, other Aussie natives and more birds than I've seen in my life! Seeing animals in the wild versus seeing them in sanctuaries is a completely different experience. As you all know I have a lot of Aussie wildlife sanctuaries that I support and visit but this is important, to see animals in their natural environment. We spotted this guy on our way to Bouchiers Beach, where we also saw a koala! @VisitSunCountry #VisitSunCountry
Whilst this photo doesn't really show it, there is an abundance of wildlife in @visitsuncountry. See that big tree? There's a koala in it. See the other side of the river? There's a kangaroo over there. See those birds? You get the point πŸ˜‚ #visitsuncountry
Koalas are just so darn adorable aren't they! ❀🐨 I can't believe how many we saw in the wild at some of the inland river beaches we visited along the Murray River! At one beach we saw about 7 within 10 minutes! This little guy was on his lonesome however, sitting in a big river red gum just metres away from the river shoreline, at Bouchiers Beach. There's nothing better than seeing animals happy and free! Here you can wake up, step out of your tent and be greeted by koalas, kangaroos, cockatoos, galahs, and a whole heap of other Aussie animals! πŸ€—πŸ’›πŸ¨ @visitsuncountry #visitsuncountry
