Le mois de mai marque le 75e anniversaire du Département de nutrition. La discipline a une longue histoire à l’Université de Montréal. C’est en septembre 1942 que la Faculté de médecine annonçait la fondation d'un Institut de diététique et de nutrition dans le but de former des spécialistes. Jusque-là, la formation en diététique était assurée par les universités anglophones. L'Institut est créé en même temps que le déménagement de l'Université de Montréal de la rue Saint-Denis au campus que nous connaissons aujourd’hui, sur la montagne. À l’époque il logeait au pavillon Roger-Gaudry, mais aujourd’hui il est situé au pavillon Liliane de Stewart. le Département de nutrition représente un des départements les plus subventionnés par les différents instituts de recherche et fonds de recherche provinciaux et fédéraux canadiens. Il est aussi un des plus importants au Canada sur le plan des effectifs étudiants aux 3 cycles de formation. Chocolate Almond Milk Smoothie The summer has arrived 😍 Friyay means one thing at Shine HQ, it's recipe time! This week we have used our Protein+ Superfood mix to make a cold, cool cacao and almond milk smoothie to keep you refreshed on one of the hottest days of the year ☀️ Ingredients 1 tbsp of Shine Protein+ 1 ripe banana 1 heaped tsp cacao powder 300ml almond milk 1 tbsp agave syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3 dates 1 tbsp oats Cacao nibs (to garnish) Ice Method Throw all your ingredients into a blender including 3-4 ice cubes and blend until the smoothie is at your desired consistency. If too thick, add more almond milk, if too runny, add half a banana or another tablespoon or two of oats. Pour over ice into your favourite glass, garnish with some cacao nibs and enjoy the sun 😎 Top tip - freeze your bananas beforehand so that they will last longer as well as doubling up as ice to instantly cool your smoothie! Top top tip - make your own almond milk by soaking a handful of almonds overnight, blend with 1 litre of water in the morning and strain through cheesecloth or a sieve!

Bueno, circunstancias y causas ajenas me han hecho tener que decantarme por una sesión secundaria creada sobre la marcha dado que contaba con poco tiempo y he preferido dejar para mañana sesión secundaria de espalda y pasado sesión secundaria de pectoral, dentro de lo malo las cosas no fueron mal, vídeo repitiendo esas 8 x 40 kg del pasado lunes, segunda serie de de 3, en la primera salieron 10, pretendí grabar la segunda con otras 10 pero se quedó en 8 la cosa.. aún así contento, obviamente ejecutar el ejercicio sin la fatiga que supone un entrenamiento de espalda pesado antes da un plus. Os dejo el entreno, bastante sencillo ya que no tuve tiempo de pensar en exceso. A. Press militar mancuernas 6 x 20/15/10/8/8. B. Press militar en smith. 3 x 15/12/10. C. Elevaciones laterales mancuernas. 6 x 25/20/15/12/10/8. D. Elevaciones frontales sentado agarre neutro-prono. 3 x 15/12/10. E. Pájaro mancuernas. 6 x 25/20/15/12/10/8. F. Pájaro máquina. 3 x 15/12/10. Como os he dicho nada fuera de lo común, sencillo, práctico y quizás no tan funcional o técnico como me gusta planificarme pero es lo que ha salido en un momento donde no estaba para darle más a la cabeza, añadimos alguna serie de alta intensidad en la última serie de alguno de los ejercicios para hacerlo más ameno. Egg whites, coffee ☕️ and fruit 🍉 🍈. Normally fruits are not part of keto diet because it packs on carbs that comes from the fructose, and thus kicking you of ketosis. But, I was craving delicious fresh fruit and all the nutrients that comes with it, so I made a choice of spending my carb count on it. Some people crave pizza 🍕 I happened to crave fruit 🍉 today.
